We’re looking for a RevOps-focused HubSpot CRM Manager Intern to help us scale our operations. You’ll collaborate closely with our leadership team, optimizing our HubSpot infrastructure, building powerful sales channels, and aligning marketing with sales strategies to fuel growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1: Optimize HubSpot Sales Channels: Enhance our sales/marketing infrastructure to
increase results and efficiency.
2: Collaborate with Management: Align CRM tools with revenue strategies and business objectives.
3: Automation & Workflow: Develop automated workflows for lead nurturing and acquisition.
4: Data Analysis & Reporting: Track CRM data to drive pipeline optimization and growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
CRM Mastery: Experience in managing and optimizing CRM platforms like HubSpot to support sales and marketing operations.
Sales & Marketing Savvy: Strong understanding of how sales and marketing functions work, and how CRM can enhance this.
Collaborative Problem Solver: A team player who can work with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation.
Compensation:
This is a 3-month unpaid internship, with potential for a part-time or full-time role.
